Project Summary

The New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA) Partnership for Mental Health brings together community members, patients, family, advocates, clinicians, policy makers, and academicians to develop solutions to improve mental health services and outcomes. NOLA Partnership for Mental Health was founded by Diana Meyers of St. Anna Episcopal Church and Ben Springgate of the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, and is supported by a diverse and talented advisory board. In the coming months, the NOLA Partnership for Mental Health hopes to benefit from support from Tier II of PCORI’s Pipeline to Proposal program to develop new research questions to improve care and outcomes for people with serious mental illness.
