On the second day of its two-day September 2021 meeting, PCORI's Board of Governors approved several proposed slates of awards. Among the new awards are eight infrastructure projects that will advance the third phase of PCORnet®, the National Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network, along with a large research study comparing surveillance with either colonoscopy or annual stool-based testing among adults over 70 years of age with a history of low-risk colon polyps. One the first day of the meeting, the Board approved 29 individuals from across the healthcare community who will serve as new members on PCORI's five multi-stakeholder advisory panels, as well as new chairs of three of the panels. [More about the new advisory panelists]
