Prior to suspending or terminating a Contract, PCORI must provide prior written notice of the proposed action or inform the Awardee of any material breach. If this occurs, Awardees have the opportunity to respond with a Remediation Plan. This video details how Awardees may receive this formal notice via email, and subsequently submit a Remediation Plan in response through PCORI Online.
