On March 15, 2021, the PCORI Methodology Committee held a public workshop to discuss methodological issues encountered in research evaluating the effects of interventions for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the Methodology Committee is charged with setting standards for PCORI-funded research, the discussion during this workshop helps inform efforts to optimize the design of IDD research funded by PCORI.
